1. Mano a Mano (Student-Run Food Bank):
Our Mano a Mano initiative is a student-led food bank that is deeply committed to serving our community with integrity and purpose. What sets this program apart is that 100% of contributions directly benefit those in need—every cent goes towards providing essential food and supplies, with no fees or salaries deducted. This initiative empowers students to take charge of the distribution process, fostering leadership skills and a sense of responsibility as they connect with and support their community. By contributing to Mano a Mano, you are playing a vital role in alleviating hunger and supporting local families, ensuring that no one goes without the resources they need.
2. Scholarship Fund:
Your generous contributions to our Scholarship Fund play a crucial role in ensuring that students can continue their education without financial barriers. These contributions directly provide scholarships that support students through to graduation, safeguarding their educational journey and personal growth. Importantly, our commitment to transparency means that no handling fees are deducted from these funds, so every dollar you give is dedicated entirely to students. By investing in scholarships, you are helping to foster a generation of bright, capable individuals who can thrive academically and pursue their dreams with confidence.
3. Benevolence Fund:
Our Benevolence Fund is designed to offer essential support during challenging times, benefiting both our school staff and the local community. This fund stands ready to assist those facing unexpected hardships, ensuring that help is available when it is needed most. We recognize that everyone can encounter moments of difficulty, and through the Benevolence Fund, we strive to create a compassionate environment where assistance is readily accessible.
We have established two distinct benevolence funds to address specific needs:
PA Benevolence Fund: Tailored to meet the unique requirements and requests from our parent association, this fund focuses on supporting parent-driven initiatives and activities that enrich our school community.
General School Benevolence Fund: This fund is designed for broader community support, serving any needs that may arise within the school and the surrounding area, thereby fostering a spirit of solidarity and care.
Both funds are discretionary, allowing for flexibility in addressing immediate needs without any associated fees—ensuring that your contributions go exactly where they are most needed.
